An independent PC-game history journal concerned with versions, evidence and the design choices that remain interesting after launch. It does not claim access to unreleased material or first-hand developer testimony.
This domain was associated with Termite Games and New World Order. The present publication is not the former developer, publisher or a game-support service. It does not claim ownership of their software or artwork.
The version is part of the evidence
After the Loading Screen Editorial is the journal’s publication credit. We read an announcement, manual, review and captured image according to what each can establish. A promised release date is not a shipping record; an instruction does not prove how every build behaved.
Our research notes retain edition, region, document date and the location of a claim. Where these are missing, the gap stays visible. Constructed encounters and original diagrams are labelled. AI can assist their preparation, but cannot supply a missing developer interview, an unperformed play session or authentic game artwork.
Help refine the record
Send a source address and the passage it supports through Correspondence. Please do not send unknown executables or material you cannot authorise us to inspect. The current journal has no paid placements or affiliate links. Any future commercial relationship must be identified with the relevant material, separately from the historical evidence.
